The 2026 Taiwan Disaster Management Conference, jointly held with the 2026 Project Results Presentation of the Disaster Prevention Technology Program, Department of Natural Sciences and Sustainable Development, National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Taiwan, is now open for registration and paper submission.

Overview

The annual Taiwan Disaster Management Conference 2026 is now accepting registrations and paper submissions.

The conference aims to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen academic, technological, and practical exchanges in disaster prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. As one of Taiwan's premier annual events in disaster management, the conference will be held during the second week of December and will feature eight technical sessions covering a wide range of disaster management topics.

Researchers, practitioners, government agencies, industry professionals, and students are cordially invited to participate and share their latest research findings, technological developments, and practical experiences in disaster management.

In addition, a Student Paper Award Competition will be held concurrently. Students from universities and colleges, including graduates of the current academic year, are welcome to submit their papers.

Registration and Paper Submission

Participants are encouraged to complete both conference registration and paper submission through the 2026 Taiwan Disaster Management Conference Registration and Submission System.
