Submission Guidelines
In recognition of the remarkable achievements in disaster prevention research, the Board of Directors and Supervisors of the Disaster Management Society of Taiwan established the "Journal of Disaster Prevention Technology and Management" to disseminate academic findings, communicate progress and key information related to disaster prevention and response, and provide a knowledge platform for related scientific research and technologies. The Society aspires to establish this journal as a leading publication in the field of disaster management.
The "Journal of Disaster Prevention Technology and Management" was first published in March 2012 and is issued biannually in March and September by the Disaster Management Society of Taiwan. The journal covers a wide range of topics, including disaster prevention and response systems, planning, socio-economic impacts, information applications, psychological trauma, and other related fields in disaster prevention technology and management.
The journal welcomes submissions from scholars both domestically and internationally, with the aim of advancing research and development in disaster prevention and management. Journal Access The "Journal of Disaster Prevention Technology and Management" is published twice a year, in March and September. Printed copies are distributed to all members of the society. In addition, professionals and researchers in the field of disaster prevention can access the journal electronically through the Airiti Library system.
